"Up, up and away!" reads the "For Sale" sign in front of our house. And after 44 days, we got a mini Christmas miracle by way of a sale! It was a painfully difficult process, so it's a huge relief to have a happy outcome on this whole house-selling hooha.
Lillian knows exactly what music she wants to listen to these days, and it isn't Mozart, Chopin, or any other "baby classical" you find in so many places. She asks for it, dare I say demands it, by name.
That name is David Bowie.
It's happening... again!
I stumbled upon some photos from 1983 when my family visited Glacier National Park. I remember riding this cool bus with huge snow tires up to the base of some glaciers.
Lillian and Kieran have been having some good times the past couple of days.
Lillian had her mug shot taken today. She's soooo busted.
It's been a busy time here at the end of 2006 and start of 2007, full of dissertations, babies, family, work, and play. I'm moving to a new photo publishing site, and I've posted some end-of-year photos there.
Going forward, the photo albums will appear here. For those that are so inclined, a feed is available, too.
I haven't been forcing her to watch Motorcycle Diaries or anything, and yet Lillian shows many signs of being a good little commie pinko veggie.
Lillian continues to delight and amaze us.
Lillian Oona was born Friday, Oct 13 at 4:45pm. Minette, myself, and she are all doing very well. I've collected some photos from her first week. Minette and I are both still fairly groggy from lack of sleep, but that is slowly improving as our schedule adjusts to Lillian's.
Apparently this Friday the 13th was unique from others in the past 476 years.
